Aeroporto “Vincenzo Bellini” di Catania-Fontanarossa
The airport is approximately 5 km from the city center. From the airport, you can easily reach the center via the Alibus line: the nearest stop to the Congress venue is Stesicoro, from which you can then walk to Piazza Dante. The ticket price for a single ride is €4 and can be purchased at the airport, on the bus in cash or by POS, or at AMTS retailers. Buses run every 25 minutes. The center can also be reached by taxi. Take the A2 Salerno-Reggio Calabria motorway until Villa San Giovanni. Take the ferry and continue on the A18 Messina-Catania towards Catania. Exit at the Catania Centro junction.
